NATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC)

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is one of the largest youth development movements in India. It provides cadets with exposure to a wide range of activities, instilling in them the values of discipline, comradeship, leadership, and selfless service.

NCC at Little Flower School

Established: 2017

Wing: Junior Division (Army)

Strength: 100 Cadets

Supervision: Trained Associate NCC Officer (ANO)

Support: Regular guidance and training by Army Physical Instructors

Objectives of NCC

The NCC unit of Little Flower School aims to:

  • • Develop discipline, character, and leadership qualities
  • • Foster a secular outlook, brotherhood, and comradeship
  • • Encourage the spirit of adventure and social service
  • • Build confidence and prepare students to serve the nation with pride, irrespective of their chosen career

Activities & Training

  • • Regular physical training sessions to build fitness and endurance
  • Theoretical sessions on values, civic responsibility, and leadership
  • • Active participation in camps, drills, and social service activities
  • • Guidance by Army trainers to ensure quality exposure for cadets
