Library
As the term library signifies, the library of Little Flower Senior Secondary School has been growing day in and day out. There are a total of 5000 books from all sections. To begin with there are 2000 story books taking the children into their world of fantasy. Course related books have always served as a befitting device to those who seek for knowledge. The reference section aids the students to those who cannot affort costly versions. There are a total of 3000 reference books. Books on moral values have truly inculcated values in the tender minds. Arts and craft books also provide knowledge on traditional values of the world.
The services of the library is also extended to the new building with a new set up. This library is exclusively meant for class IX and class XII. This library holds a collection of not less than 2000 books of all categories and to make a mention, of both the libraries are well furnished with all the up - to - date technical amenities like air conditioner etc.

Computer Lab
Computer education in school helps the children to get access to the extensive world of knowledge. We live in a time where everything is largely dependent on the use of the computer.
Our school computer lab has been equipped with more than hundred computers in three Labs for Junior, Senior and Senior Secondary and have been upgraded with appropriate software to enable students to compile and run programs as per the syllabus.
It has advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software that cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. The main facilities are:
• The computer are equipped with high-speed Internet facility to meet the students' Information Technology need.
• LFS have two Labs with a LAN connection consisting of 60 nodes with Windows 10, which enables for teaching and learning the concepts of Senior Secondary level.

Laboratory
As per CBSE rules and regulation, the laboratories for the course of Chemistry, Physics, Biology & Mathematics of class XI and XII are well equipped in every possible way and all the instruments are monitored at regular intervals. The school has maintained a separate dedicated Science lab for the students of Class VIII to Class X. The labratories are spacious and properly ventilated, having multiple entry and exits. The group of Teachers, Demonstrators and Lab assistants are always present to ensure proper guidance and safety during practical classes. The arrangements of equipment, chemicals and specimens are maintained in a systematic order which makes it easier for the students to get to their essential items hassle-free and thus can easily switch from one practical to another. The students are encouraged to directly participate hands-on-experiment which leads to a better understanding of scientific theories and critical concepts of Chemistry, Physics Biology and Mathematics. Moreover, Students are guided by teachers to perform interesting scientific research and projects in the laboratories which are also displayed in various science exhibitions across the State.

Chemistry Laboratory
The chemistry laboratory has a spacious arrangement which ensures individual space allocation for every student. Bunsen burners connected by high raised LPG gas pipelines, sinks and laboratory apparatus are allocated at every individual work station. The chemical bottles as well as the commonly used apparatus are well organized in closed shelves according to alphabetical order. All chemicals and apparatus related to Qualitative analysis, Quantitative analysis, Functional Group determination, Chromatography are almost used on a daily basis. The Fire safety equipment are also kept close to the Chemistry lab ensuring the highest safety.

Physics laboratory
The physics laboratory is located at the first Floor of the Higher Secondary building. It is spacious and students get individual space allocation and equipment for performing practical related to Optics, Magnetism, Current, Buoyancy, Wave and Oscillation. The Demonstrator and laboratory Assistant work hand in hand with the students and guide them through the critical concepts. The students are also encouraged to work on innovative ideas and try their hands-on building working Models.

Biology laboratory
In Biology Laboratory for various experiments different varieties of specimen have been preserved on which the teachers give a detailed method on the ways of analyzing and observing to detect the minute information that can be gathered from each specimen. The laboratory is equipped with the latest microscopes which helps the students to analyze various samples as per the syllabus of Class XI and XII. Expert Demonstrators guide students into building a solid foundation in biology.

Mathematics lab
The mathematics lab is located at the first floor of Higher Secondary Building. It is equipped with experiment tables, wooden boards, Geometry tools, thin metallic wires for experiments related to Verification of theorems, concepts of increasing and decreasing function, location of points in a three-dimensional space and more. The lab is also equipped with Smart board for better understanding through Audio and Visual Modes of teaching. The students are always encouraged and guided by a group of dedicated teachers to work out various problems under the supervision of experts.

School Safety Measures
Schools are considered as a subsequent home for a child, this positive environment includes the scholastic, co- scholastic, physical and mental well being of a child. All these demands a basic safety measure from the School Authority side, which the Little Flower Senior Secondary School has taken ample safety measures for the adequate and proper growth of a child. It tries its best to provide a very hygienic and eco-friendly environment to its students and staffs. The adequate safety measures undertaken by this Institution are as follows:-

A Healthy Body supports a Healthy Mind
The earlier you invest in health the more dividends it pays later. With this goal in mind, Little Flower School, has collaborated with Project CHILD, an initiative of Society for Promotion of School Health of Assam (SPSH) for addressing the needs of the health of its students.
Under this programme LFS has been availing the services of an In Campus Ambulance for prompt and safe transfer of sick / injured students to and from hospitals in cases of medical emergency.
Two trained Nurses render their services to children with various ailments, providing them with necessary medicines and assistance and monitoring them in the School Infirmary all done with the support and guidance of the Project CHILD emergency doctors.

The world of education is constantly changing and evolving. In fact, one of the only constants of education is change itself. One of the biggest driving factors affecting the changes in education today is technology. Our students are part of a new generation – a generation that is constantly connected and surrounded with technology, and so it only makes sense to fully incorporate technology into our teaching practices.
As educators, we are the ones who need to evolve and adapt our teaching practices in order to accommodate, foster, and expand our students’ use of technology. Understanding the need, Little Flower School had incorporated the idea of Smart Classroom in the year 2016. Within a span of just 5 years, the learning has become more fun and interactive for the students! It has provided opportunities for the students to help in understanding the concept better and achieving their academic excellence

Little flower school has revolutionised its conventional form of day-to-day working to digital using android based Parents Alarm software that all stakeholders can install it in their mobiles. This benefited not only the students but also the school administration with multiple applications of the tools that connected various departments to one single database. Our digitization started way back when we have equipped every class room with Smart Board. Addition of EDDISAPP (School ERP) is adding yet another feather to our cap.
The features of parents alarm app benefited in maintaining various areas like online class, scheduling of online class, study materials, online exam, fees notification and collection, report card generation, attendance, library are few among various other.
The interactive feature of the communication tool could be operated through mobile, personal computer, tablet and laptop.

LFS caters to the needs of the students with best facilities. Classroom plays an important role in teaching-learning process. It is a special place where students enter the world of learning. Therefore, LFS ensures best classroom atmosphere for learning. In regards to the classrooms of LFS in particular, it has 45 classrooms in the school. The classrooms are well-equipped with smart learning facilities like LCD projectors, smart-boards with Wi-Fi connectivity, amplifiers, and CCTVs. They have well-furnished desks, benches, cupboards, tables, both black and white-boards, fans, ventilations, windows, good lighting system, wall-clocks and calendars They are large enough to accommodate students move freely without any congestion problem. They are cleaned and maintained properly on daily basis. Besides these, there are Fire-extinguishers set up in each floor in case of emergency. Overall, LFS provides classrooms with all the possible facilities, creating a suitable and positive ambience for learning. It adapts itself with new means of learning and provides advanced learning environment with latest technologies possible.

The LFS Auditorium
The auditorium of the Little Flower School is on the third floor of the old school building. It is fully air-conditioned and has a sitting capacity of around 700 people. The auditorium is equipped with high quality sound system so that every word spoken is clearly audible to the audience present. It has leatherette seats for the comfort of the audience to enjoy the events.
It has a big broad stage in the front; adjacent to it is a green room with attached washrooms. The stage is equipped with excellent lighting and portable screens to match with the events organized. It has a state of the art projector with a life size screen. It also has a lectern for the speaker of an event.
The auditorium is used for many purposes such as felicitations, workshops, seminars, cultural events, social gatherings, counselling sessions, parents’ day celebration, parent orientation sessions, jubilee celebrations, competitions such as quiz, debate, drama, dance, music etc.

Nowadays school counselling is one of the most important and essential elements/programs to improve students' learning by developing positive thinking among the students. In order to help the students to develop equanimity of mind and to enhance the academic performance, Little Flower School has effectively implemented the school counselling programs. These kinds of programs help students to develop competencies in academic achievement, personal and social development and career planning. Professional counsellors are appointed by the school for different levels of students. Their motivational services help students to resolve emotional, social and behavioural problems.
Moreover, Adolescence or the age of Puberty is a very crucial period for human beings. LFS always believes in holistic development of a child through character building. At the age of adolescence and puberty, the students should be aware of knowledge about physical and psychological changes. Therefore, implementing the school counselling program, specially guiding the students at the age of adolescence and puberty, the professional School counsellors design the framework, implement and maintain guidance programs involving students individually or in groups.
