2. Admission to any Class shall only be for students who have completed the previous class.
Parents seeking admission in Classes LKG, I, IX & XI may fill up the Online Registration Form available in the school website, in case of unavailability of online admission forms. The school shall notify the parents as per seat availability.
The complete online application form needs to be submitted for further procedure. Parents are requested to upload the ward’s passport size photograph, Father / Mother / Guardian (Separately) while filling up the form, along with few documents to be uploaded.
Little Flower School (LFS) School, Guwahati, maintains a transparent, inclusive, and merit-based admission process that aligns with CBSE guidelines and reflects the vision and mission of the institution. The following policy outlines the terms, procedures, and conditions governing student admissions:
1. The admission process is designed to be transparent and fair, adhering to CBSE norms and aligned with the vision and mission of the school.
2. The process commences annually in accordance with the school’s official admission calendar.
3. All applications must be submitted online only through the official school portal.
4. LFS promotes equal opportunity and does not discriminate based on caste, creed, gender, or religion. However, being a minority institution, preference is given to Catholic students.
5. Admission is open only to grades where vacancies are available.
6. Admission is offered only to students who have successfully completed the previous academic class.
7. Admission to Class XI is granted only to students who have appeared for the Class X Board Examination from a school affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, or any recognized State Board.
8. Change of academic stream is not permitted once the student is registered in Class XI.
9. Interaction with students and parents may be conducted as part of the admission process to assess rational knowledge and communication skills along with the baseline assessment.
10. Receipt and submission of the admission form do not guarantee admission to the school.
11. The school reserves the right to shortlist applicants on the established criteria set by the management.
12. Admission of shortlisted candidates will be confirmed only upon payment of the New Admission Fees within the stipulated time as communicated by the school authorities.
13. Selected candidates shall receive notifications of admission results via E-mail / Whatsapp and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.
14. Admission will be treated as provisional until the required documents are submitted within the given deadline.
15. The school reserves the right to hold two seats per class/section under the Management Quota.
16. All admitted students must submit the original documents as required for verification, if requested.
17. The school shall not entertain requests for change in names of students and their date of birth after the admission is confirmed, except in cases of spelling errors in names. In case of a complete change of names, the school shall accept the request only if a court affidavit supports it.
18. The fee structure is subject to change at the discretion of the school management.
19. The admission fee, once paid, is strictly non-refundable, even in cases of withdrawal or discontinuation from the school. Other fees are also non-refundable; however, in special or unforeseen circumstances, the school may consider adjustments in subsequent quarters.
20. The school follows a strict no-donation policy for admissions.
21. If a student fails to report to school continuously for 30 days after payment of the admission fee, the admission shall stand cancelled and withdrawn ipso facto.
22. A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all outstanding dues are cleared and a formal application for the TC is submitted, at least three working days prior to the intended date of withdrawal.
23. The school reserves the right to amend, alter, or include additional terms and conditions in the admission policy as deemed necessary for the welfare of the institution.

1. For Class XI, students must have appeared the Class X qualifying examination from a recognized school affiliated to CBSE / any State Board of Education / ICSE.
2. To get a better insight into the students’ rational knowledge and communication skills, interaction with the students & parents (as applicable) is conducted along with the baseline assessment.

2. Ensure that the name of the child and parents are as per the submitted documents only.
3. Appearing for the Baseline Assessment as per the dates sent to the applicant by E-Mail / Whatsapp.
4. Submitting the hardcopy of the Standard Online Application to the Admission Officer on the day scheduled for baseline assessment and / or interaction (as applicable).
5. Filling up the Admission Feedback Form.
6. Declaration of results.
7. Confirmation of Admission (By making the payment of new Admission Fees within the stipulated time marked by the School Authorities).
All fees, once paid, are not refundable. The school shall adjust the fees in the subsequent quarters in case of any unforeseen situation.

2. Marksheet of the most recent final examination (to be submitted after result declaration).
3. Transfer Certificate from the previous school (for admission to Classes II – XII).
4. Aadhar Card, PAN Number, APPAR ID, and Previous School UDISE Code of the student.
5. Migration Certificate (applicable only to students transferring from boards other than CBSE).
6. Caste Certificate, if applicable.
