ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES UKG & I

SESSION 2026 – 2027

Little Flower School, Hatigaon, Guwahati aims to maintain a smooth admission process adhering to the statutory and regulatory norms.

The online application forms for the Academic Session of 2027 – 2028 for Classes UKG & I shall be available from 2nd October 2026.

Important Note: Limited seats, based on CBSE guidelines.

The following are the steps to be followed for the admission process:

Application Form

Fill the online application form.

Submission of Completed Online Form

The applicant shall receive a notification on their primary contact number for the date and time of interaction. Applicant shall take a printout of the application form and submit it on the date of parent-student interaction (5th December 2026).

Interaction Round

To get a better insight into the students' basic knowledge and communication skills, interaction with the students & parents is conducted. A written test will be conducted for the candidates of Classes UKG & I on 5th December 2026.

Online Declaration of Admission Result

The admission selection list shall be uploaded on the school website.

Confirmation of Admission

Selected applicants shall complete the payment formalities within 5 working days to confirm the admission.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Children seeking admission to Class UKG must be within the age of 5 – 5.8 years as on 31st March 2027, and children seeking admission to Class I must be within the age of 6 – 6.10 years as on 31st March 2026.
2. A child should complete their LKG & UKG level before applying for Classes UKG & I respectively.

Documents Required for Admission

The below mentioned documents are mandatory to be submitted after seeking admission for verification:

1. Photocopy of the student's Birth Certificate.
2. Photocopy of the marksheet of the previous Final Examination shall be submitted after result declaration.
3. Photocopy of the Caste Certificate, if applicable.

Verification Note

The school management shall call for the original documents for the purpose of verification.
