Gandhi Jayanti Cleanliness Drive
To commemorate Gandhi Jayanti, a cleanliness drive was organized at our school on October 1, 2024, a day before the official celebration. The initiative was a fitting tribute to Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of a cleaner and more sustainable India. Known for his emphasis on cleanliness as a part of national well being, Gandhi’s ideals were brought to life through this drive, which aimed to promote environmental consciousness among students and faculty.
NCC students took the lead in cleaning the school campus and surrounding areas during the cleanliness drive. They worked together to sweep the school grounds, collect litter, and clean the classrooms and corridors. Additionally, they extended their efforts to the areas near the school, ensuring the entire environment was clean and well-maintained. Their active participation and leadership played a crucial role in the success of the drive.
